We always aim to be approachable and helpful, although at times, because of the nature of our work, that can be difficult. Sometimes a reminder of what we mean by good customer care can be helpful.
We have developed 'Ten Commandments' which we think will help us all look after our customers as well as we possibly can.

6. appreciate the power of 'yes', 'no', 'please' and 'thank you'
7. know how to apologise
8. give more than expected
9. be respectful and ensure customers understand you
10. treat everyone well
