The role requires being responsible for the operational and day to day management of the Advice & Advisory Social Work Team, motivating and empowering team members to ensure that the team’s resources are effectively and efficiently deployed in the delivery of social care to the community and ensuring that the services meet the needs of the community requiring support with health and social care.
