Options Committee's Jazz night raises cash for home
Guests and residents enjoyed a Jazz evening at The Princess Alexandra Home.
Jewish Care’s Options Committee raised nearly £1800 at a jazz evening held at The Princess Alexandra Home in Stanmore on Sunday 29th July. Organised under the chairmanship of Paul Littman, the evening was attended by 170 guests, as well as many of the care home’s residents and staff. Music was provided by Jazz Unlimited, led by Geoff Lawton.
Daniel Casson, Jewish Care’s assistant director of fundraising, thanked the Options Committee for putting on “such a wonderful event that will improve the lives of our residents. There is a serious reason for needing funds but the committee has done so in a way that is highly enjoyable for everyone.”
