JEMS meets on the first Wednesday evening of every month to support younger people and their partners who are living with MS. We have a variety of speakers, share ideas and discuss emotional and practical concerns.
We have five stroke clubs across London where people who have had strokes can meet and share their experiences. Speech therapists and physiotherapists visit regularly to help members gain maximum independence and quality of life.
Community Support Services
Our specialist teams provide support and advice to members of the community in the areas of ageing and dementia, disability and welfare rights, family care support and palliative and residential care.
