registration or at any time are correct or complete. You must inform us
immediately of any changes to the information that you provided when
registering by updating your personal details in order that we can
communicate with you effectively.
4 PASSWORD AND SECURITY
If you register for certain services on the Website, you may be asked to
create a password. In order to prevent fraud, you must keep this password
confidential and must not disclose or share it with anyone. You will be
deemed responsible for all activities that occur under your password and if

5 EVENTS BOOKING
5.1 The Website provides an events booking service which enables you to book
and (where there is a payment) pay for some of our events tickets online.
Your order is an offer to receive or purchase tickets from us. The tickets
may be made available to you in email format or via post and, if payment is
required, only once your payment has been authorised. There will be no
contract of any kind between you and us unless and until you make authorised
payment for the tickets, where required, or until you receive the ticket(s)
from us. At any point up until then, we may decline to supply the tickets to
you without giving any reason.
5.2 Where a payment is due, it is calculated and payable in advance as set
out in the promotional material or on the Website. VAT is not included in
the cost nor is it payable on our events tickets. Jewish Care shall be under
no obligation to provide you with tickets until the appropriate payment has
been made, where applicable.
5.3 Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimise the
possibility of unauthorised access or disclosure. Authority for payment must
be given at the time of ordering your ticket.
5.4 For security purposes, you may not re-sell or transfer the tickets. If
you lose your ticket or it is stolen, entry to the event will be at our
discretion.
5.5 Due to the nature of the events, if a guest speaker is unable to attend
an event (for example, as a result of illness) or the event must otherwise
be altered as a result of circumstances beyond Jewish Care’s control, Jewish
Care will not provide you with a refund of the price paid for your ticket.
5.6 You consent to the filming, photography or otherwise recording of your
attendance at the event and to our use of such material in future publicity.
6 CANCELLATION AND RETURNS
6.1 Once you have received or purchased the ticket(s), you will not be able
to return them or claim any refund. Your purchase (where applicable) will be
treated as a contribution to the cost of the event.
6.2 We will only offer you a refund if an event is cancelled and is not
rescheduled within a reasonable time or you are unable to attend the
rescheduled event. Any refunds payable will be paid to the person who
purchased the ticket.
