The Jewish Care social work service is a key part of the way in which we provide support and assistance to the community.
We want to help you get the support you need and our social work service will help you access services appropriate for you, or for a person you know with dementia.
For people with dementia, and those caring for them, we have a range of services that can help including:
- day centres or community centre services for people with dementia
- residential and nursing care homes
- support and advice services for carers
- respite care
- home care service
- advice on accessing financial assistance and grants
