We support families through the transition of a loved one into residential care.
Having a relative move into permanent care can be very distressing for the next of kin.
Our specialist family linkworker can help you understand the day-to-day running of our homes as well as discuss with you the losses you will inevitably feel, especially if you have been caring for a loved one in the community for some time.
Offering group, one to one and ‘surgery’ type support and advice, we aim to make the transition into one of our care homes as seamless and supportive as possible for everyone in the family, including of course our residents.
