Jewish Care Direct is the single point of entry for enquiries about, or referrals to, Jewish Care's extensive range of services including social work, residential care homes, home care, special day care and community centres.
Our helpline is staffed by experienced professionals who will answer your call in a friendly, approachable manner. They will provide you with advice and information about how we may be able to help you.
We always try to help, however if we don't have an appropriate service to meet your needs, we will try to put you in contact with another service or organisation who may be able to assist.

Summer (April-September)
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Winter (October-March)
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5.30pm
Friday 8.30am to 2pm
